“What should we bring for boarding?”

You’re welcome to bring anything that brings your dog comfort, such as a bed, blanket, or favorite toy! There’s no need to bring food or water bowls, as we provide those. We can also provide slow feeders if needed!

“How should food be packaged?”

Your dog’s food can be packaged in individual bags or containers by meal, or in a large plastic container that can be measured out per meal. Please do not bring food in the original store bought bag.

“My dog takes medication, how should that be packaged?”

Medications can be kept in their original bottles or divided into a pill divider, or Ziploc bag. We’ll review administration details with you at drop-off, including timing and how the medication should be given (e.g., “with dinner and peanut butter”).

"What are the different kennel sizes? What size should I book?"​

We offer four kennel sizes in our facility:

Small Kennels (3ft x 4ft): Best suited for dogs weighing 20 lbs. and under.

Standard Kennels (6ft x 4ft): Suitable for dogs of any size and can comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 dogs from the same household  depending on size.

*Large Standard Kennels* (6ft x 6ft): Reserved for large breed dogs or multiple dogs boarding from the same household. *can not be booked online*

XL Kennels (6ft x 12ft): Our largest option, perfect for families with multiple pets. These can fit up to 4 dogs from the same household
