To register:

Click on the “Paw Partner Login/Create Account” button and fill out the required information.

We require Distemper, Rabies, Bordetella and a clean fecal exam within the last 12 months.

Ask your veterinarian to fax your dog’s records to The Dog Den at (217) 960-9069, email us at info@cudogden.com or you can upload them to the account you created.

Reservations cannot be made until we verify and add the vaccination dates to your account
Evaluation
What is an evaluation?
The first step in the boarding and daycare process is an evaluation! All dogs must pass an evaluation before they are allowed to stay with us.

The evaluation is incredibly beneficial for your pup’s overall enjoyment- it’s important for us to get to know your dog’s personality and play preferences, and for your dog to get comfortable with our staff and environment before spending the night!
​Just like people, dogs are unique individuals with different levels of comfort regarding different activities. Most dogs who thrive in a daycare environment are dog social or dog selective. An evaluation allows us to determine whether daycare is the right fit for your dog and allows us to see how we can set your dog up for success.
